Yes it’s true! Dark chocolate is one of the best super foods for weight loss. So to my fellow chocolate lovers, let’s rejoice, LOL! A nibble of dark chocolate can slow down digestion; hence you feel full longer and eat less on the next meal. And because dark chocolate is full of MUFA’s which studies said that eating high in these healthy fats can rev you metabolism to burn fat and calories. So for those into losing weight, you may be taking your best weight loss pills but yes you can eat chocolate, just make sure it’s the dark one… hehe…
