Healthy foods this year

Hello, hello.... Happy New Year!
I’m slowly going back to my normal routines after the holidays last December. I was able to update my blogs only last week and since I have lots of backlogs, I need to do one at a time. And today my schedule for this blog, hehe… So what’s up? Well, we had a good start for this year. I may say I’ve been productive so far, which is good. As for 2009 plans, we have family goals laid down. Hopefully everything will go as plan.
One thing that we’re going to push this year is eating healthy foods especially vegetables and fruits. Just few hours ago, we made our fresh orange juice and carrots juice. I’m happy that our son loves it so we’re going to do this at least twice a week. I’d like to suggest this also to my siblings back home. If they could only plant some fruit trees such as Plum trees and other berry trees, that would be so great. Here we can’t do that since we don’t have a big backyard and what you can find mostly are buildings. Good thing we can buy fruits at a minimal price so we can have it as much as we can. In relation to eating healthy, we’re trying to minimize the use of oil. Mostly we’ll have steam foods, which we have started last week already…
Ok, thats enough on foods, hahaha… that’s one of our resolutions for this year. I’m not sure if you call that resolution but well, we hope we can stick on that plan.
